10. Privacy Statement
10.1 Users must agree to our ‘cookie statement’ when first visiting our website. They can manage their cookie settings when revisiting it.
10.2 Before buying your Membership or Product with FastSpring, you must first agree to the T&C Purchasing Academy Amsterdam, including our Privacy Statement, as outlined in this document.
10.3 When purchasing your Membership or Product and submitting your personal and financial information, you must consent to FastSpring’s terms and conditions and privacy statement as part of the purchasing process. Please refer to www.fastspring.com for more details.
10.4 After purchasing your Membership or Product, you will receive an account with PAA that we have created for you based on the following information we received from FastSpring: your email address, username, first and last name, chosen Membership or Product, and a unique client identifier. You can manage the information in your PAA account by changing or adding it. Some information cannot be changed because it is essential to communicate with FastSpring and can only be altered through their customer support.
10.5 FastSpring will notify PAA using your unique client identifier in case of payment issues, etc.
10.6 Personal data and information, referred to in Articles 10.4 and 10.5, will be used to fulfill our services, inform you about new or related services, or prevent wrongful use.
10.7 PAA may use information such as device ID, IP address, cookies, or an account email address to optimize its services.
10.8 Personal data and information, referred to in Articles 10.4, 10.5, and 10.7, will be stored on one of PAA’s virtual servers in Europe and will be deleted once you cancel your Membership or once your access period to a Product has ended.
10.9 PAA will treat subscribers’ data and information in Article 10.4 and 10.7 as confidential, except when disclosure is required by court order or decision.
10.10 PAA will process subscribers’ data and information, referred to in Article 10.4 and 10.7, appropriately, carefully, and safely within the limits of PAA’s statutory regulations and objectives.
