Refunds

Introduction

Purchasing Academy (“PAA’) offers Memberships and Corporate Accounts that can be terminated monthly. Terminations completed before the end of the billing cycle ensure that no charges are incurred for the subsequent period.

In addition, Purchasing Academy provides Products available through a one-time payment, after which the Product can be downloaded and not retrieved.

This model has been deliberately structured to protect our customers from undue financial exposure. Accordingly, no refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Refunds

6.1 All payments for Memberships, Products, and Corporate Accounts are non-refundable. Neither FastSpring nor PAA provides refunds or credits for any partial billing period, unused PAA Content or Product, or unused Corporate Account capacity.

6.2 PAA may change, add, or remove PAA Content and features. These changes do not entitle you to a refund or discount.

6.3 Temporary interruptions or unavailability of the PAA Services do not entitle you to a refund or discount.

6.4 if necessary to prevent or investigate unauthorized use, fraud, or other misuse.

9.1 Guarantees and liabilities

9.2 PAA aims to keep the PAA Services available, accurate, and functioning properly, but does not guarantee that the PAA Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

9.3 Problems with or temporary unavailability of the PAA Services do not entitle you to withhold, suspend, or offset any payment due to PAA or FastSpring.

11. Miscellaneous

11.4 Suspension and termination. PAA may suspend or terminate access to the PAA Services in case of misuse, fraud, unauthorized account sharing, or material or repeated violation of these Terms. This does not affect PAA’s right to claim damages where applicable. Suspension or termination for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
